GC녹십자웰빙(대표 김상현)은 국제 에너지경영시스템 표준규격인 ‘ISO 50001’ 인증과규범준수경영시스템인 ‘ISO 37301’을 동시에 획득했다고 11월 5일 밝혔다.
‘ISO 50001’은 국제표준화기구(ISO)가 제정한 에너지경영시스템에 관한 국제 규격으로 기업이 온실가스 배출을 줄이고 에너지 사용을 개선하는 것을 목표로 하고 있으며, 체계적인 에너지 관리 시스템을 조성했는지를 평가하고 인증하는 제도다.
GC녹십자웰빙에 따르면 국내 사업장(음성 혁신공장)에 대해 ‘ISO 50001’을 획득했다. 이번 인증을 받은 음성 혁신공장은 완제의약품 태반주사제 ‘라이넥’과 영양주사제를 생산하고 있으며, 앰플, 바이알 주사제 CMO 사업도 확대하고 있다는 게 GC녹십자웰빙의 설명이다. 향후, 태양광 발전기, 자연 냉각 설비 설치 등을 통한 에너지 절감과 탄소배출 감소에 적극적으로 대응해 나갈 계획이다.
GC녹십자웰빙은 ‘ISO37301’도 획득했다. ISO37301은 경영 전반에 발생할 수 있는 컴플라이언스 정책 및 리스크 대응 체계를 평가하여 수여하는 인증 제도로 규범준수 시스템구축 여부 및 관련 준법 전문성 등을 종합적으로 심사해 부여한다.
GC녹십자웰빙은 “기존에 취득한 ISO 14001(환경경영시스템), ISO 45001(안전보건경영시스템)에 이어 ISO 37301(규범준수경영시스템), ISO 50001(에너지경영시스템) 인증까지 획득하는 등 ESG 경영에 적극 나서고 있다”고 설명했다.
