울진사랑 특기장학금은 고등학생을 대상으로 예체능 분야에서 뛰어난재능을 보유한 고등학생을 발굴하여 지원하는 장학금으로 신청대상은 공고일(2024.11.4.)기준으로 울진군에 1년 이상 주소를 둔 관내고등학교재학생 중 특기분야(예능·체육·기능) 관련 도 단위이상 규모(도민체전및 생활체육대회 제외) 1~3등 입상자이다.
관외고등학교에 재학 중인 학생은 부모가 공고일 기준 1년 이상 울진군에 주민등록을 두고 신청대상 학생이 관내 초등학교 또는 중학교를졸업한 경우만 가능하다. 입상기간은 2023년 11월 1일부터 2024년 10월 31일까지며 11월 1일 이후 입상자는 2025년에 신청가능하다.
장학금은 개인전인 경우 1등 100만원, 2등 70만원, 3등 50만원이며, 단체전은 단체 규모에 따라 100만원~50만원, 70만원~30만원으로 차등 지급하며, 중복 입상자인 경우 큰 규모의 대회 또는 최고 성적을 기준으로 연 1회만 지급한다.

The Uljin Love Special Skills Scholarship is a scholarship that discovers and supports high school students with outstanding talents in the fields of arts and physical education. Applicants are students enrolled in high schools in Uljin-gun who have lived in Uljin-gun for more than one year as of the announcement date (2024.11.4.) and have won 1st to 3rd place in special skill fields (arts, physical education, and skills) at a provincial level or higher (excluding provincial sports competitions and sports competitions for everyday use).
