세종시교육청 인사제도 개선 2차 설명회’가 19일 세종시교육청 교육원에서 열린다.

시교육청은 인사정책 공감 설명회, 인사제도 개선 전담팀 운영, 소수 직렬 간담회 등에서 나온 의견을 토대로 이달 중에 인사제도 개선 설문조사를 실시하고, 12월 중에는 인사제도 개선안을 마련할 것으로 알려졌다.
이주희 행정국장은 “향후 직원들의 의견을 반영한 인사제도 개선안을 마련해 바로 적용이 가능한 사항은 내년 인사운영기본 계획에 반영하고, 신중한 검토가 필요한 사항은 중장기 이행안을 마련하겠다.”고 말했다.
한편, 세종시교육청은 지난 15일에 시교육청교육원에서 90여 명을 대상으로 ‘지방공무원 인사제도 개선 1차 설명회’를 개최한 바 있다.
