‘별이 빛나는 체조’는 직장인을 포함한 지역 주민 누구나 쉽게 참여할 수 있도록 평일 야간시간에 강변생활체육공원에서 진행된 프로그램으로, 전문 강사의 지도로 음악과 함께 근력 강화 체조 등을 진행하며 건강한 생활을 지원했다.
