세종시가 청년들을 대상으로 저렴한 비용과 쾌적한 주거 환경을 갖춘 임대주택 공급을 위해 입주자를 모집한다.
이를 위해 세종시는 내달 2일부터 27일까지 19～39세 청년·대학생·취업준비생을 대상으로 세종형 쉐어하우스 입주자·입주예정자를 모집한다고 25일 밝혔다.
세종시에서 매입해 운영 중인 세종형 쉐어하우스는 전용면적 17～32㎡이며 냉장고, 에어컨, 책상 등이 갖춰져 있다.
특히 시중 시세의 30～50% 수준으로 저렴하게 제공해 청년들의 경제적 부담을 크게 덜고 있다.
월 임대료는 차상위계층 등 1순위의 경우 5～10만 원, 2·3순위는 7～17만 원이다.
이번에 모집하는 임대주택은 신안1 10호(조치원읍 돌간1길 3) ,신안2 5호(조치원읍 돌간길 45) ,금암 10호(장군면 대학길 198-14) 등 총 25호며 임대차 계약 기간은 2년이다.
재계약을 통해 최장 10년까지 거주할 수 있고 입주 후에 결혼하면 재계약 횟수를 연장해 최장 20년까지 거주할 수 있다.
