[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 치매의 부정적 인식개선하고 치매환자가 안전하게 생활할 수 있는 치매친화적 사회를 조성하기 위해 치매극복선도단체 3곳과 치매안심가맹점 17곳을 새롭게 지정했다고 28일 밝혔다.

이번에 지정된 치매극복선도단체는 해월노인복지센터, 행복한동행 노인주간보호센터, 덕유재활노인주간센터 3곳이 지정됐으며 치매안심가맹점은 빵그레, 백두산약국, 이원의료기 등 17곳이 지정됐다.

이들 단체와 가맹점은 구성원 모두 치매파트너 교육을 이수했다.

앞으로 치매환자와 가족이 안심하고 생활할 수 있는 환경 조성을 위해 앞장서고 치매안심센터와의 협력을 통해 △치매 조기검진 연계 △배회 어르신 발견, 신고 △치매 인식개선 홍보 등 다양한 치매 극복 활동을 펼칠 계획이다.

구인모 거창군수는 “치매극복선도단체와 치매안심가맹점의 역할은 치매환자와 가족이 일상생활에서 더욱 안전하고 편안하게 지낼 수 있는 기반을 마련하는 데 큰 의미가 있다”며 “앞으로도 지정과 관리를 철저히 해 치매환자가 안심하고 살 수 있는 거창군을 만들기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
