세종시가 2024년 하반기 적극행정 최우수 사례로 ‘이응패스’를 선정했다고 28일 밝혔다.
이번 선정은 최근 하반기 적극행정 사례 중 예선심사를 통과한 8개 우수사례를 대상으로 적극행정위원회의 심의·의결을 거쳐 이루어졌다.
최우수 1건, 우수 3건, 장려 4건이 선정되었으며, 27명의 우수공무원도 선발되었다.
최우수 사례로 선정된 ‘이응패스’는 전국 최초로 관외 대중교통까지 지원하는 세종형 대중교통 월 정액권으로, 성공적인 안착 사례로 평가받았다.
우수 사례로는 생성형 인공지능(AI)을 활용한 외국인 실시간 민원 통역 서비스 ,불합리한 제도 개선을 통한 국가산단 편입 주민 재산권 보호 ,싱크홀 발생 선제 대응 등 시민 체감형 사례가 포함되었다.
장려 사례로는 적극적인 국비 확보 ,‘AI충녕’(인공지능 챗봇) ,대중교통 노선체계 완성 ,노인일자리사업 확대 등 시에서 적극적으로 추진하고 있는 사업들이 선정되었다.
세종시는 창의성과 전문성을 바탕으로 적극행정을 추진한 27명의 우수공무원에게 인사상 혜택을 부여할 예정이다.
