군에 따르면 이번사업은 부모 또는 조부모의 가업을 승계하는청년 소상공인의 경영환경개선 및 홍보 사업 비용을 지원해주는 사업으로, 옥외간판 교체, 내부 인테리어 개선, CCTV·키오스크·POS기기를포함한 점포 시설 신규 구매, 홍보물 제작 및 각종 온·오프라인 마케팅 비용 등을 모두 포함한다.
지원대상은 본인과 (조)부모가 울진군내 거주지 및 사업장을 두고 동일 업종으로 15년 이상 사업을 영위하고 있으며, (조)부모의 가업을 이어받아 2대 이상 사업을 영위 중인 19세 이상 49세 이하(신청 당해연도 1월 1일 기준) 청년 소상공인이다.
지원금액은 사업에 소요된 비용 중 80%에 해당하는 금액을 지원하며, 점포환경개선 비용 최대 2,000만원, 마케팅 및 홍보 비용 최대 400만원으로 총 사업비 최대 2,400만원까지 지원이 가능하다.
다만, 유흥주점업, 금융업, 보험업, 부동산업 등의 소상공인 지원제한 업종에 해당하거나 유사 취지 사업의 지원금을 받은 자, 무점포 사업자 및 무인점포, 휴·폐업 중이거나 지방세·세외수입 체납 중인 사업자, 학생, 본인 명의 통장거래가 불가능한 사업자 등은 지원대상에서 제외된다.
신청기간은 2024년 12월 2일부터 12월 13일까지이며, 서류심사를 통해 신청서 및 증빙서류를 검토하여 대상적격 여부를 심사하고, 서류심사 합격자에 한하여 대면심사 실시 후 대상자가 최종 선정된다.
신청을 원하는 소상공인은 울진군청 홈페이지 [고시/공고]란을 참고하여 신청서,사업계획서 등을 작성하고 사업자등록증, 가족관계증명서, 폐업사실증명원, 부가가치세과세표준증명, 상시근로자 명부, 지방세납세증명서, 주민등록초본 등 제출서류를 모두 구비하여 울진군청 일자리경제과 지역경제팀에 방문 접수하면 된다.
손병복 울진군수는 “이번 소상공인 가업승계 청년 지원사업이 가업을 잇는 울진군 청년 소상공인을 육성하는 계기가 되어 지역경제에 활력이 제고되기를 기대하며,울진군에 많은 청년 소상공인들이 재정적 부담은 덜어내면서 창의적이고 혁신적인 경영을 이어나갈 수 있도록 앞으로도 적극 노력하겠다”라고 전했다.

The support amount is 80% of the cost of the business, and up to 20 million won for store environment improvement costs and up to 4 million won for marketing and publicity costs, for a total project cost of up to 24 million won.
