경주시, ‘2024년 청렴 역량 강화 워크숍’ 개최

【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자=경주시는 11월 28일 화랑마을 다목적대회의실에서 7~9급 공무원 80여 명을 대상으로 ‘2024년 청렴 역량 강화 워크숍’을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 워크숍은 공직자들이 청렴 의식을 쉽게 이해하고 생활 속에서 실천할 수 있도록 돕는 데 중점을 두고, 청렴 특강, 청렴 마술, 청렴 오락실, 하바리움 체험 등 다양한 프로그램으로 구성됐다.

특히 문양근 강사가 진행한 ‘청렴 오락실’은 반부패 관련 법령과 규정을 퀴즈 형식으로 풀어나가는 프로그램으로, 딱딱한 내용을 흥미롭게 전달하며 직원들로부터 큰 호응을 얻었다.

경주시는 조직 내 청렴 문화를 확산하기 위해 지난 6월 전 직원을 대상으로 청렴 교육을 실시하고 자가학습 프로그램을 운영하는 등 생활 속 청렴 실천을 장려하고 있다.

주낙영 경주시장은 “이번 워크숍은 직원들이 청렴의 가치를 되새기고 실천 의지를 다지는 소중한 계기가 될 것”이라며, “앞으로도 조직 내 청렴 문화를 더욱 확산시키기 위해 다각적인 노력을 이어가겠다”고 강조했다.

Gyeongju City Holds ‘2024 Integrity Capacity Building Workshop’

Gyeongju City announced that it held the ‘2024 Integrity Capacity Building Workshop’ for approximately 80 civil servants of grades 7 to 9 at the Hwarang Village multipurpose conference room on November 28.

This workshop focused on helping public officials easily understand integrity awareness and practice it in their daily lives, and consisted of various programs such as integrity special lectures, integrity magic, integrity arcade, and harvarium experience.

In particular, the ‘Integrity Arcade’ led by instructor Moon Yang-geun was a program that solved anti-corruption laws and regulations in a quiz format, and received a great response from employees as it delivered difficult content in an interesting way.

In order to spread the culture of integrity within the organization, Gyeongju City conducted integrity education for all employees in June and operated a self-study program to encourage integrity practice in daily life.
