[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 4일 거창 문화센터에서 현업종사자 500여 명을 대상으로 4분기 정기안전보건교육을 실시했다.

이날 교육은 강기노 마산대학교 간호학과 교수를 초빙하여 2시간 동안 진행됐으며, 심뇌혈관 질환의 주요 원인과 조기 증상, 한랭질환의 예방법, 근골격계 질환 예방을 위한 스트레칭과 올바른 작업 자세의 중요성을 다뤘다.

특히 실생활에서 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 건강관리 방법과 업무 중 실천가능한 예방활동이 구체적으로 소개되어 참석자들로부터 큰 호응을 얻었다.

구인모 거창군수는 “이번 교육이 현업업무종사자들에게 자신의 건강 상태를 점검하고, 질환을 예방할 수 있는 실천적 지식을 제공하는 계기가 되었기를 바란다”라며 “앞으로도 종사자들의 건강과 안전을 위해 최선을 다하겠다”라고 전했다.
