[정치인 운명 예단]1608년 3월 16일 향연 55세의 나이로 선조(宣祖)가 승하함으로써, 세자에 책봉(冊封)된지 16년을 맞이한 34세의 나이에 광해군(光海君)이 왕위를 계승해 용상에 올랐다. 하지만 광해군은 인조반정으로 1623년 4월 13일에 36가지의 죄목을 받고 왕위를 계승한지 15년만에 폐위되어 물러나고 유폐(幽閉)되었다.
대한민국 역사에서도 전두환과 노태우 전직 대통령이 군사쿠데타 및 내란 목적의 살인 등의 혐의로 처벌받아 유폐(幽閉)된 사례가 있다.
그리고 재임 중인 현직 대통령이 2017년 3월 10일 탄핵받아 대통령직에서 물러나고, 퇴임 후에 교도소에 수감(收監)되어 유폐(幽閉)된 사례도 있다.
그러나 재임 중인 현직 대통령이 내란죄(內亂罪)의 적용 받아 처벌된 사례는 아직 없다. 현직 대통령도 내란죄를 범(犯)했을 경우에는 탄핵과 사법적인 처벌이 가능함이 헌법과 법률에 명시되어 있다.
[형법 87조 내란죄의 성립조건]…″폭동(한 지역 전체의 질서를 훼방하는 행위)이 있어야 내란죄가 성립한다.″고 명시하고 있다. 이번 ″윤석열 대통령의 12·3계엄령발령과 해제″의 사안이 이 규정을 적용해 성립할 수 있느냐, 아니면 적용할 수 없어 불성립하느냐가 관건이다.
2024년 12월 5일 직권남용과 내란죄로 고발된 윤석열 대통령은 12월 7일 국회 본회의 표결에서 의결정족수 미달(未達)로 ′윤석열 대통령탄핵소추안이 부결(否決)′되어 대통령직은 일단 현재 유지하고 있다.
그렇지만 향후 어떤 상황이 전개될지 안갯속이다. 윤석열 대통령의 향후 처지가 상당히 우려스럽다. 국정 혼란의 상황이 얼마나 지속될 수 있을까? 2024년 12월 대설(大雪) 절기 엄동설한에 국민의 한 사람으로 걱정이 앞선다.
예단(豫斷)을 내놓기가 조심스러울 뿐이다. 尹 대통령의 운세 흐름(상)의 변곡점은 2025년 을사(乙巳)년 음력 3월과 음력 9월에 맞이할 것으로 관찰된다. 슬기롭게 잘 대처하시길 국민의 한 사람으로 바랄 뿐이다.
필자 노병한이 2024년 11월 6일자, ′브레이크뉴스′에 기고 형식으로 내놓은 "윤석열 대통령, 풀숲 건들어 뱀 놀라게 말라"…″타초경사(打草驚蛇)·무병자구(無病自灸)″의 경고메시지를 왜 간과하고 무시했을까? 타초경사(打草驚蛇)는 풀숲을 건드려 뱀을 놀라게 한다는 뜻이고, 무병자구(無病自灸)는 질병도 없는데 뜸을 떠서 '긁어 부스럼'을 낸다는 뜻이다.
한편 사법리스크로 애를 먹고 있는 이재명 더불어민주당 대표의 경우, 운세 흐름(상)의 변곡점은 2025년 을사(乙巳)년 양력 2월과 양력 8월에 맞이할 것으로 관찰된다.
자연 이치로 따지면 제거되어 사라질 대상은 반드시 제거되어 사라진다. 역사적으로 보면 우리 정치권에서도 역시 마찬가지라는 점을 우리 국민은 역사적인 경험들 속에서 늘 지켜보고 경험했다. 시간이 말해줄 뿐이다. nbh1010@naver.com

[Politician's Fate Prediction] President Yoon Seok-yeol's Fortune and Turning Points... In the 'Lunar March and September' of 2025

[Politician's Fate Prediction] On March 16, 1608, King Seonjo passed away at the age of 55, and Gwanghaegun ascended to the throne at the age of 34, 16 years after being crowned crown prince. However, Gwanghaegun was charged with 36 crimes on April 13, 1623, and was dethroned and exiled after 15 years on the throne.
In the history of the Republic of Korea, there are cases where former Presidents Chun Doo-hwan and Roh Tae-woo were punished and confined on charges of military coup and murder for the purpose of rebellion.
And there is also a case where a sitting president was impeached on March 10, 2017, forced to step down from office, and was imprisoned and confined in prison after leaving office.
However, there has yet to be a case where a sitting president has been punished for rebellion. The Constitution and laws clearly state that a sitting president can be impeached and punished judicially if he or she commits rebellion.
[Article 87 of the Criminal Act, Conditions for the Establishment of Rebellion]… ″Rebellion is established only when there is a riot (an act that disrupts the order of an entire region)″. The key issue is whether the current case of “President Yoon Seok-yeol’s declaration and lifting of martial law on December 3” can be established by applying this regulation or whether it cannot be applied and is therefore invalid.
President Yoon Seok-yeol, who was indicted on December 5, 2024 for abuse of power and sedition, is currently maintaining his presidency as the “impeachment motion against President Yoon Seok-yeol” was rejected due to a lack of quorum in the plenary session of the National Assembly on December 7.
However, it is unclear what will happen in the future. I am quite concerned about President Yoon Seok-yeol’s future position. How long can the state of chaos continue? As a citizen, I am worried about the severe cold of December 2024 during the heavy snow season.
I am just cautious about making a prediction. The turning point of President Yoon's fortune flow (Part 1) is expected to be in the third and ninth lunar months of the year of Eulsa (乙巳) in 2025. As a citizen, I hope that he will deal with it wisely.
Why did the author, No Byeong-han, overlook and ignore the warning message of "Strike the grass to startle a snake" and "Money without illness" in the article "Strike the grass to startle a snake" published in the November 6, 2024 issue of "Break News"? "Strike the grass to startle a snake" means to startle a snake by stirring the grass, and "Money without illness" means to apply moxibustion to a place that does not have a disease and "scratches and causes boils".
Meanwhile, in the case of Lee Jae-myung, the leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, who is struggling with legal risks, the turning point of the fortune flow (upper) is expected to be in February and August of the solar calendar in the year of Eulsa (乙巳) in 2025.
According to natural law, those who are to be eliminated and disappear will inevitably be eliminated and disappear. Historically, our citizens have always observed and experienced the same thing in our political circles through historical experiences. Time will tell. nbh1010@naver.com
