전쟁 중에는 심리전 부서(部署)가 존재한다. 심리전은 전쟁의 승리를 위한 전술(戰術)의 하나이기 때문이다. 그런데 정치에서도 으레 선동(煽動)이 뒤따르고 있다. 최근 윤석열 대통령의 12.3 비상계엄 선포 이후, 정치권의 선동이, 너무 지나치다는 생각이 든다.
‘교통방송’ 등에서 인기를 얻은 방송인 김어준씨가 정치선동에 끼어 들었다. 김어준 방송인은 지난 12월13일 12·3 비상계엄 사태 당시 핵심 인물 체포조 외에도 암살조가 가동된다는 제보를 받았다고 공개, 이목을 집중 시켰다. 이 내용이 사실인지 아닌지? 분간하기 전까지는 엄청난 사안일 것이다.
구체적인 내용은, 김어준 방송인의 입에서 나왔다. 지난 12월 13일, 김어준씨는 이날 국회 과학기술정보방송통신위원회 전체회의에서 열린 현안질의에 참고인으로 출석했다. 이 자리에서 "사실관계 전부를 다 확인한 것은 아니라고 전제“한 후, 엄청난 이야기를 토해냈다.
본지(브레이크뉴스)의 보도를 참조하면, 김어준 방송인은 이 자리에서 "제가 처음 받은 제보는 체포조가 온다는 것이 아니라 암살조가 가동된다는 것이었다"면서 "김병주 더불어민주당 의원에게 암살조 제보를 한 사람도 저다. 김 의원은 제 이야기를 듣고 서너 시간 후에 '사실이다'라고 알려줬다"고 말했다.
최민희 국회 과방위원장의 '암살조 외 다른 내용도 제보 받은 게 없는가' 라는 내용의 질의에 "생화학 테러에 대한 제보를 받았고, 이 역시도 김병주 의원에게 전달했다"고 덧붙였다. 이때 오간 말들을 종합하면, 즉 암살조에 대한 제보 내용에 따르면, 국회에서 핵심인물들을 체포해 이송하는 과정에서 한동훈은 사살(射殺)한다는 것이었다. 그리고 나머지 조국, 양정철, 김어준 등은 호송부대를 습격해 구출해주는 시늉을 하다가, 암살조는 도주한다는 내용이었다. 도주하는 암살조들은 도주하면서 특정 장소에 북한 군복을 숨겨둔다는 내용이었다. 그 이후, 일정한 시점에서 북한군 군복을 발견한 척 하며, 이(한동훈 사살)를 북한 소행으로 발표, 북한을 이 계엄 사태 속으로 끌어들인다는 것이었다.

‘계엄군이 북한군을 위장, 한동훈을 사살(射殺)한다’는 내용은, 워낙 큰 사건일 수 있어, 인구(人口)에 회자(膾炙) 됐다. 이 말은, 최초 김어준 방송인에게서 나왔다. 그러나 누가 제보했는지, 제보자가 상세하게 밝혀지지 않았다. 그런 점에서 이 내용은 애초부터 선동을 위해, 누군가로부터 조작된 것이라고 볼 수 있다. 그게 아니고 사실이었다면, 한동훈은 12월3일 저녁에 남파된 북한군으로 위장한 계엄군에 의해 사살됐어야만 옳다. 그러나 그런 결과는 나오지 않았다.
