유진그룹 계열사인 TXR로보틱스가 중국의 로봇 제조업체 궈싱즈넝(国兴智能, GuoXing Intelligent)과 소방 로봇의 국내 독점 공급을 위한 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 발표했다. 이번 협약은 12월 17일 중국 산둥성 옌타이시 궈싱즈넝 본사에서 엄인섭 TXR로보틱스 대표이사와 바오밍송 궈싱즈넝 CEO가 참석한 가운데 진행되었다.
협약에 따라 TXR로보틱스는 궈싱즈넝의 소화 로봇과 배연 로봇을 국내에서 독점적으로 판매하게 되며, 이들 로봇은 다양한 화재 현장에서 인력을 대신해 신속하게 화재를 진압할 수 있는 기술을 제공할 예정이다. TXR로보틱스는 궈싱즈넝의 첨단 기술력을 활용하여 소방 산업 분야에서 로봇 솔루션을 강화하고, 국내 로봇 시장에서의 입지를 더욱 확고히 할 계획이다.
특히 소화 로봇은 인화성 물질이나 독성 물질이 있는 환경, 저산소 상태 및 연기가 가득한 재난 현장에 진입하여 소방 및 구조 인력을 대체할 수 있는 기능을 갖추고 있다. 이 로봇은 실시간 원격 감시와 대기 가스 감지 기능을 통해 화재 현장을 모니터링하며, 소화전으로부터 최대 60m 떨어진 거리까지 이동하여 다양한 소화 작업을 수행할 수 있다.
또한, 배연 로봇은 연기 배출 기능 외에도 소화, 공기 공급, 냉각 등 다양한 기능을 갖춘 무인 소방 로봇이다. 화재 발생 시 팬 유압 구동 방식의 강력한 배연 시스템을 가동하여 연기를 신속하게 배출하고, 대규모 화재로의 확산을 방지하며 인명 피해를 최소화할 수 있다.
엄인섭 TXR로보틱스 대표는 “이번 궈싱즈넝과의 협력을 통해 소방 분야에서 로봇 기술을 한 단계 발전시킬 수 있게 되어 매우 기쁘다”며, “국내 환경에 맞게 제품의 기능 조정 및 사용 절차를 마친 후, 제품 출시와 마케팅에 적극적으로 나설 계획”이라고 밝혔다. 그는 또한 “기업과 국민들이 안전한 환경에서 업무와 생활을 할 수 있도록 기여할 것”이라고 덧붙였다.
TXR로보틱스는 기존의 물류 자동화 사업에 이어 소방 분야의 로봇 기술을 선도하며, 다양한 산업 분야에서 로봇 솔루션을 지속적으로 확대해 나갈 예정이다.
Yujin Group's TXR Robotics signs MOU with Chinese robotics company
-Strategic MOU to exclusively distribute GuoXing Intelligent's firefighting robots in Korea-
TXR Robotics, a member of Yujin Group, announced that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Chinese robotics manufacturer GuoXing Intelligent (国兴智能) to exclusively supply firefighting robots in Korea. The agreement was signed on 17 December at GuoXing's headquarters in Yantai City, Shandong Province, China, in the presence of TXR Robotics CEO Inseop Uhm and GuoXing CEO Bao Mingsong.
Under the agreement, TXR Robotics will be the exclusive distributor of Guoxingzun's fire extinguishing robots and smoke extraction robots in China, providing technology that can quickly extinguish fires in place of human personnel at various fire scenes. TXR Robotics will leverage Guoxing Zhenneng's advanced technology to enhance its robotics solutions in the firefighting industry and further consolidate its position in the domestic robotics market.
In particular, the fire extinguishing robot has the ability to enter environments with flammable or toxic materials, low oxygen conditions, and smoke-filled disaster scenes to replace fire and rescue personnel. These robots monitor fire scenes through real-time remote surveillance and atmospheric gas detection, and can travel up to 60 metres away from fire hydrants to perform a variety of extinguishing tasks.
In addition to smoke evacuation, the Extinguishing Robot is an unmanned firefighting robot with multiple functions, including fire extinguishing, air supply, and cooling. In the event of a fire, a powerful fan-hydraulically driven exhaust system can be activated to quickly discharge smoke, prevent the spread of large-scale fires, and minimise human casualties.
‘We are very pleased to be able to take robotics technology to the next level in the field of firefighting through this collaboration with Guoxing Zhenneng,’ said Inseop Eom, CEO of TXR Robotics. ’We plan to actively launch and market the product after completing the process of adjusting the product's functions and usage to suit the domestic environment.’ ‘We will contribute to enabling businesses and citizens to work and live in a safe environment,’ he added.
TXR Robotics will continue to expand its robotics solutions in various industries, leading the way in robotics technology for firefighting in addition to its existing logistics automation business.
