한강은 어떻게 존재하는가? 위 뚝-아래 뚝 안에 물이 고인다. 대한민국 같이 민주주의가 발달한 나라의 정치는 어떻게 존재하는가? 현재의 정치세력과 미래 정치세력 간의 대결로 존재한다. 미래 정치세력을 대안세력이라고 한다.
지금 한국의 정치적인 실상(實相)은 대안세력들이 활발하고 활동해야할 시기이다. 왜냐? 야당 쪽의 큰 지도자인 조국 전 의원이 지난 2024년 수감됐다. 이재명 더불어민주당 당대표는 6종류의 사법 리스크 때문에, 수감 위기에 직면해 있다. 그가 수감될 가능성이 높아지고 있다. 윤석열 대통령은 2024년 12.3 비상계엄 선언으로 탄핵 위기에 직면해 있다.
이런 위기의 시대에, 야당이나 여당의 대안(代案)세력이 활발하게 활동해야만이 국가가 안정된다.
위기의 시기엔 정치권에서 퇴출될 정치인들은 퇴출되게 돼 있다. 1979년 10.26 사건이 이를 증명한다. 독재자 박정희는 현장에서 사살, 즉결처분 됐다. 이로 인해 그의 시대는 종결됐다. 이 해의 12.12 군사 쿠데타로 박정희 이후의 대안세력들인 3김(김대중-김영삼-김종필)이 집권하지 못했다.
윤석열 대통령의 지난 12.3 비상계엄 사태로 한국정치가 위기에 직면했다. 이런 시기에, 대안 세력-대안 인물들이 어서 빨리 출현해야 옳다.
야당의 이낙연 전 총리, 여당의 홍준표 대구시장은 지난 대선과정에서 야당-여당의 당내경선 2위 낙선자들이다. 이들의 차기 대권을 향한 정계복귀가 당연하게 이뤄져야만 한다.
이런 과정에 이낙연 전 총리의 정계복귀를 촉구하는 목소리가 나오기 시작했다. 남평오 새미래민주당 사무총장은 12월26일 본지(브레이크뉴스)에 기고한 글(제목=이 엄중한 시기...이낙연 전 총리, 가만히 있어야 되겠습니까?)에서, 이낙연 전 총리의 정계복귀를 촉구하고 나섰다.
남평오 새미래민주당 사무총장은 이 글에서 “2024년 연말, 세상은 너무나 우울하고 조용합니다. 따져보면 대한민국이 이렇게 무정부상태가 된 가장 큰 이유는 지난 2021년 더불어민주당 대선후보 경선에서 이낙연 전 총리가 이재명(더불어민주당 현 당대표)에게 패배한 것 때문입니다.”고 전제하고 “10월 10일의 정신이 살았다면 이낙연 전 총리가 결선투표에서 승리했을 것입니다. 10월 10일! 민주당 마지막 날 3차 국민경선투표에서 이재명이 얻은 득표율은 겨우 28%였습니다. 검은 돈 실체가 대장동게이트로 들어나면서 <이재명은 안된다>는 국민의 뜻이 숨어 있었던 것입니다”고 강조했다. 이어 “송영길이 결선투표 규정을 제대로 해석했다면 결선투표에서 이낙연 전 총리가 대통령 후보가 되었을 것입니다. 그러나 국민이 민주당에게 명령한 후보교체는 <역겨운 후보라도 더 역겨운 후보를 이길 수 있다>는 진보의 자만심으로 결국 대선에서 패배하게 되었습니다”고 피력했다.

여당인 국민의힘 쪽에서도 대안세력이 꿈틀대고 있다.
본지(브레이크뉴스) 보도에 따르면, 여당인 국민의힘 소속 홍준표 대구시장은 지난 12월23일 윤석열 대통령 파면 시 치러지게 될 조기 대선에 출마할 의사를 시사했다. 홍준표 시장은 이날 자신의 페이스북을 통해 "태어나서 23번째 이사한 게 대구"라며 "돌고 돌아 제자리로 왔다고 생각했는데, 또 이사 가야 한다는 생각에 연말이 뒤숭숭하다"라고 밝혔다. “대선 출마가 확실시되면 머지않아 대구시장직에서 사퇴해야 함을 염두에 둔 발언으로 보인다“고 보도했다.
