[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 행정안전부가 주관하는 ‘2024년 지방규제혁신 추진 성과평가’에서 우수기관으로 선정, 장려상을 수상해 특별교부세 1억원을 확보했다고 30일 밝혔다.
행안부는 전국 243개 지방자치단체를 대상으로 한 해 동안 지방규제혁신을 위해 규제발굴과 개선 실적 등을 5개 지표와 11개 세부 지표로 평가해 우수기관을 선정하고 특별교부세를 지급한다.
거창군은 올 한해 찾아가는 규제신고센터 운영해 기업 현장을 직접 방문, 각종 규제로 인한 경영의 애로사항과 문제점을 듣고 규제 사례를 발굴했으며 규제입증책임제를 통해 공무원이 직접 규제의 필요성을 입증하고 개선한 노력이 좋은 평가를 받았다.
이외에도 규제개선 아이디어 공모전으로 군민이 일상생활에서 겪는 불합리한 규제 사항을 접수해 군민의 관심과 참여를 유도했다.
또한 적극행정을 통한 그림자·행태 규제 개선 우수사례에 ‘산업단지 입주기업 초기 공공폐수처리비 감면’ 이 벤치마킹 분야 우수사례로 선정되는 성과도 이루었다.
구인모 군수는 “이번 성과는 군민과 지역기업에 영향을 미치는 불필요한 규제를 적극적으로 발굴하고 개선한 결과물이다 앞으로도 거창군은 규제 발굴과 개선을 위해 열심히 노력하겠다”고 전했다.
