브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 12·3 비상계엄 사태를 수사 중인 공조수사본부가 3일 윤석열 대통령에 대한 체포영장 집행을 위해 용산 대통령 관저까지 진입했지만 관저 경내에는 진입하지 못하고 있다.
대통령 경호처가 경호법과 경호구역을 이유로 수색 불허 입장을 보이면서 수사관과 경호직원간 대치가 이어지고 있다.
이날 오전 경찰 국가수사본부 특별수사단(특수단)·고위공직자범죄수사처(공수처) 등으로 구성된 공조본은 대통령경호처의 1·2차 저지선을 뚫고 한남동 관저 건물 앞까지 진입했다.
이어 박종준 경호처장에게 체포영장을 제시하고 협조를 요청했지만 경호법과 경호구역을 이유로 관저 진입을 거부하고 있다.
관저 경내는 대통령 경호처 직원을 비롯해 외곽 경호를 맡는 육군 수방사 55경비단까지 동원해 통제하고 있는 것으로 알려졌다.
한편 공수처는 체포영장을 집행하기 위해 공수처 수사관 30명, 경찰 특수단 120명 등 150명을 동원했다.
이 중 관내에 진입한 인원은 공수처 30명과 경찰 50명 등 80여명이며 남은 경찰 인력 70명은 관저 밖에서 대기 중이다.
