홍성군은 군민의 삶의 질을 높이고 쾌적한 주거 환경을 제공하기 위해 2025년 농어촌 주거환경개선사업을 본격적으로 추진한다고 3일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 농촌 지역 주민들의 주거 여건을 개선하고, 안전하고 지속 가능한 생활 환경을 조성하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있다.
2025년 군이 추진하는 농어촌 주거환경개선사업은 총 5개 분야로 ▲농촌주택개량사업 50동, ▲농촌빈집정비사업 163동(자체67동, 행안부96동), ▲주택 슬레이트처리사업 110동, ▲주택 지붕개량사업 3동, ▲비주택 슬레이트처리사업 80동이다.
농촌주택개량사업은 신축의 경우 최대 2.5억원, 증축·대수선 등 개축은 최대 1.5억원의 자금을 저금리 융자(2.0%)로 지원하는 사업으로 상환조건은 1년 거치 19년 분할상환 또는 3년 거치 17년 분할상환 중 선택 가능하다.
빈집정비사업은 1년 이상 거주 또는 사용하지 않고 방치되어 미관을 저해하는 건축물의 철거공사를 지원하는 사업으로, 군 자체에서 시행하는 빈집정비는 가구당 최대 550만원, 행안부 빈집정비사업비는 최대 500만원 지원된다.
주민건강 증진 및 보호를 위해 추진되는 슬레이트(발암물질 석면 함유) 철거 사업은 주택과 비주택 슬레이트 철거, 주택 지붕개량으로 나뉜다.
주택·비주택 슬레이트 처리사업은 각각 352만원과 540만원 한도 내에서 석면철거 비용이 지원되며, 주택 슬레이트를 제거한 가구의 지붕교체를 지원하는 주택 지붕개량사업은 일반가구 기준 300만원 한도 내에서 지원된다.
사업 신청을 희망하는 사람은 사업신청서, 동의서 등 관련 서류를 지참하여 오는 2025년 1월 31일까지 건축물 소재지 읍·면 행정복지센터에서 신청하면 된다.
