군은 오후 3시 30분 상황전파와 전 부서, 읍면에 피해조사를 지시했으며, 부군수는 중앙안전대책본부장 영상회의 참석 후 17시 15분에 관련부서와 읍면장이 참석한 가운데 상황판단회의를 개최했다.
