윤석열 대통령 법률대리인단이 6일 고위공직자범죄수사처(공수처)·경찰 등으로 구성된 공조수사본부 체포·수색영장 집행 시도 관련해 오동운 공수처장 등 11명을 검찰에 고발했다.
앞서 전날 대리인단은 영장 집행 관여 검경 150여 명을 고발하겠다고 밝혔으나 일단 신원이 확인된 이들 11명만 먼저 고발키로 한 것이다.
대리인단은 이날 오전 서울중앙지검에 고발장을 제출한 가운데 대상엔 오 처장 외 이호영 경찰청 차장(경찰청장 직무대리)·김선호 국방차관(장관 직무대행) 등도 포함됐다.
대리인단은 "일단 오늘은 11명에 대해 고발하고 추후 인적 사항을 확인하는 대로 추가 고발 예정"이라고 전했다.
대리인단은 전날 이들을 비롯 공수처 검사 및 수사관·경찰청 국가수사본부 특별수사단·서울경찰청·용산경찰서 관계자 등 150여 명을 특수공무집행방해 및 치상·특수건조물침입·군사기지 및 군사시설보호법 위반 등 혐의로 검찰에 고발하겠다고 밝힌 바 있다.
대리인단은 오 처장이 경찰 수사지휘권이 없는데도 불구 경찰 특수단을 지휘해 윤 대통령에 대한 위법적 체포·수색영장 집행을 시도했다고 했다.
또 이 차장·김 차관 경우 대통령경호법에 따른 경호처장의 관저 지역 인력 증원 요청을 거부해 직무유기·직권남용 혐의가 있다고 했다.
