원자력환경공단 양나래 직원, ‘공공기관 입사수기 공모’우수상 수상

14일 한국원자력환경공단에 따르면‘공공기관 입사수기 공모(한국조세재정연구원 주최, 기획재정부 후원)’는 공공부문의 공정한 인재 채용 확대를 위해 매년 실시하고 있다.

이번 공모는 블라인드·직무능력중심채용, 청년인턴, 고졸채용, 지역인재채용, 장애인채용 등 총 5개 분야로 진행됐다.

양나래 직원은 고졸채용 부문에서 ‘스무살, 당당히 취업의 등용문을 열다’를 주제로 하여, 직업계 고교를 선택하게 된 계기부터 채용전형별 준비한 과정까지 상세히 담은 사례를 제출해 우수상을 받았다.

한국원자력환경공단 조성돈 이사장은 “공단은 고졸자를 포함한 사회 형평적 인력 채용을 위해 지속 노력하여 사회적 책임을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

According to the Korea Radioactive Waste Management Corporation on the 14th, the ‘Public Institution Admission Essay Contest (hosted by the Korea Institute of Public Finance, sponsored by the Ministry of Strategy and Finance)’ is held every year to expand fair talent recruitment in the public sector.

This contest was held in a total of five categories: blind/job competency-based recruitment, youth internship, high school graduate recruitment, local talent recruitment, and disabled recruitment.

In the high school graduate recruitment category, employee Yang Na-rae submitted a case with the theme of ‘At age 20, confidently opening the door to employment’, detailing the reason for choosing a vocational high school and the process of preparing for each recruitment process, and received the Excellence Award.

Korea Radioactive Waste Agency Chairman Cho Seong-don said, “The agency will continue to work to fulfill its social responsibility by hiring socially equitable personnel, including high school graduates.”
