임채성 세종시의장은 20일 의장실에서 국민건강보험공단 대전세종충청지역본부 김진성 부장을 비롯한 건보공단 관계자들과 간담회를 가졌다.
이날 간담회에서는 국민건강보험공단 주요 현황과 2025년 주요 사업에 대한 설명이 이뤄졌으며, 세종시민의 건강증진을 위한 의회와 공단의 협력 방안을 모색하는 시간을 가졌다.
임채성 의장은 “세종시민의 건강한 삶을 위해 늘 애쓰시는 공단 관계자들께 감사드린다”며, “의회도 공단과 긴밀히 협력해 시민 건강증진을 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 간담회 후 국민건강보험공단 이사장 표창 전수식이 진행됐다.
표창은 공단 급여 조사 업무 발전에 기여한 공로로 세종시의회 정의현 비서실장에게 수여됐다.
정의현 비서실장은 의장 의정활동 보좌와 관계기관 협력에 힘써왔으며, 특히 지난해 8월 제91회 임시회에서 ‘국민건강보험공단 특별사법경찰 도입 촉구 결의안’이 채택되는 데 이바지한 공로를 인정받았다.
