브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 쿠팡풀필먼트서비스(CFS)가 2025년 오토메이션 직군 팀원급 정규직 인재를 500명 이상 채용할 계획이다. 오토메이션 채용 부문에서 실시한 한해 공개채용 인원 중 역대 최대 규모다.
CFS는 FC(Fulfillment Center) 내 자동화 설비 구축과 유지 보수를 담당할 엔지니어를 올해 1분기에 150명 이상 공개 채용한다. 이후 2~4분기에 걸쳐 350명을 추가로 뽑는다.
지원자는 고양, 동탄, 이천, 인천, 곤지암, 광주, 마장, 평택 등 경기권 뿐만 아니라, 대전, 천안 등 충청권 지역의 쿠팡 FC 중에서 근무지를 선택할 수 있다.
특히, CFS는 쿠팡 고양1, 동탄1, 이천2, 인천4, 인천14, 곤지암1 등 6개 FC 최종 합격자에게 ‘사인 온 보너스(Sign On Bonus)’ 1500만 원을 지급한다. 사인 온 보너스는 기업이 우수 인재 확보를 위해 새로 합류하는 직원에게 지급하는 인센티브 개념으로, 1년 실근무를 전제로 연간 4분할 지급 계획이다.
이번 채용 대상은 오토메이션 관련 학과 졸업 혹은 관련 자격증을 보유하거나 1년 이상의 경력자다. 담당 업무는 FC 자동화 설비 유지 보수, 안전·운영 개선, 신규센터 라인 구축, 전산화 관리 등이다.
서류 접수는 오는 2월 16일까지 채용사이트(사람인, 잡코리아)를 통해 진행된다. 채용 절차는 서류 접수, 화상 면접, 처우 협의 순이다. 최종 합격자는 3월부터 순차적으로 입사해 근무할 예정이다.
CFS 관계자는 “첨단 자동화 기술을 도입한 쿠팡 풀필먼트센터를 지속 확대하면서 뛰어난 기술 인재들을 조기에 확보하는 차원”이라며 “이번 채용 역시 각 지역의 청년을 적극 선발할 예정이다”고 전했다.
한편, CFS는 지난해 학교법인 한국폴리텍, 백석대, 평택대, 청운대와 파트너십을 체결하고, 오토메이션 분야 기술 인재 확보에 총력을 기울이고 있다.
