브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= Z세대 취준생들은 작년보다 올해 취업이 더 어려울 것으로 예상하고 있었다.
진학사 캐치에 따르면 취준생 2070명을 대상으로 ‘2025년 취업 전망’에 대해 조사한 결과, 응답자의 55%가 올해 취업이 작년보다 더 어려울 것이라고 답했다.
‘작년과 비슷할 것’이라고 응답한 비율은 27%, ‘더 좋아질 것’이라고 답한 비율은 18%였다.
취업이 더 어려울 것으로 예상하는 이유로는 ‘경기 침체와 투자 감소(59%)’가 가장 많이 꼽혔다. 이어 ‘기업 채용 감소(21%)’, ‘국내 정세 불안정(17%)’이 주요 원인으로 분석됐다. ‘기술 발전으로 기존 일자리 감소(3%)’라는 응답도 일부 있었다.
반면, 더 좋아질 것이라고 답한 경우에는 그 이유로 ‘경기 회복과 투자 확대(67%)’를 가장 많이 선택했다. 다음으로 ‘기업들의 채용 확대(17%)’, ‘신기술 개발로 일자리 증가(9%)’, ‘정부의 고용 지원 강화(6%)’ 등이었다.
취업 시장이 어려울 것으로 예상한 만큼, 구직자들이 취업 준비 과정에서 느끼는 감정도 부정적인 것으로 나타났다.
이들이 가장 많이 느끼는 감정은 ‘불안감(30%)’으로 조사됐으며, ‘무기력(22%)’, ‘성취감(16%)’, ‘기대감(13%)’, ‘좌절감(10%)’, ‘자신감(6%)’, ‘분노(2%)’ 순이었다.
한편, 2025년 가장 주목받을 취업 트렌드로는 ‘AI를 활용한 취업 준비(45%)’가 1위로 나타났다. 이어 ‘실무 포트폴리오 제작’(24%), ‘SNS를 통한 자기 PR’(18%), ‘계단형 커리어 개발’(13%) 등이었다.
