브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 2024년 연간 경영실적 잠정집계 결과(연결기준) 매출 10조5036억원, 영업이익 4031억원, 당기순이익 2428억원의 누계 실적을 기록했다고 6일 공시했다.
2024년 4분기 경영실적 잠정집계 결과는 매출 2조6470억원, 영업이익 1212억원, 당기순이익 145억원을 기록했다.
2024년 말 기준 연간 매출 10조5036억원으로 전년 대비 9.8% 감소했으나, 2024년 매출 목표(10조4000억원) 대비 101.0% 초과 달성했다.
사업부문별로는 △주택건축사업부문 6조8418억원 △토목사업부문 2조1704억원 △플랜트사업부문 1조1386억원 △기타연결종속부문 3528억원의 매출을 올린 것으로 나타났다.
영업이익은 전년 실적(6625억원) 대비 39.2% 감소한 4031억원, 당기순이익은 전년 실적(5215억원) 대비 53.4% 감소한 2428억원을 기록했다.
하지만 불확실한 대외 여건 속에서도 영업이익이 시장전망치(에프앤가이드 기준 3514억원)를 상회하며 위기관리 역량을 확인시켰다고 대우건설은 설명했다.
대우건설의 2024년 신규 수주는 9조9128억원을 기록하며 2024년 목표(11조5000억원) 대비 86.2%를 달성했으나, 2024년 말 기준 44조4401억원의 풍부한 수주잔고를 보유해 연간 매출액 대비 4.2년치 일감을 확보하고 있다.
한편, 대우건설은 2025년 전망치를 매출 8조4000억원, 신규 수주 14조2000억원으로 제시했다.
대우건설 관계자는 “국내외 어려운 시장 상황을 고려해 올해 매출 목표는 보수적으로 수립했으나 지속성장의 토대를 마련하기 위해 신규 수주는 확대할 계획”이라며 “무엇보다 안전을 최우선 가치로 두고 수익성 중심의 내실경영 강화로 건설시장 위기를 극복함과 동시에 올해 목표를 초과 달성하도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
