충남 계룡시가 시민들의 화합과 안녕을 기원하는 ‘2025년 대보름맞이 민속장터 한마당’을 지난 9일과 10일, 이틀간 성황리에 개최했다.
계룡시가 주최하고 계룡시소상공인연합회가 주관한 이번 행사는 두마면 일원에서 열려 2500여 명의 시민이 참여했다. 참석자들은 정월대보름을 맞아 전통 세시풍속을 체험하며 가족의 건강과 행복을 기원하는 뜻깊은 시간을 가졌다.
행사장에서는 연날리기, 윷놀이, 널뛰기, 새끼 꼬기, 소원지 쓰기 등 다양한 전통놀이가 마련돼 시민들의 큰 호응을 얻었다. 또한 부럼 깨기, 보름나물 비빔밥 나눔, 군밤 굽기, 연탄화로 간식 체험 등 정겨운 먹거리 프로그램이 운영돼 어른들에게는 향수를, 아이들에게는 전통음식의 소중함을 느낄 수 있는 기회를 제공했다.
특히, 행사 하이라이트로 진행된 ‘달집 태우기’는 시민들이 직접 소원지를 작성해 대형 달집에 붙이며 한 해의 액운을 씻어내고 소망을 기원하는 의미 깊은 시간을 만들었다. 이 달집은 계룡시소상공인연합회 회원들이 직접 제작해 전통문화의 의미를 더욱 살렸다.
