한국부동산원(원장 손태락)은 2월 11일 본사에서 한국자산매입(대표 김종구)과 「청약 정보 공유·검증과 부동산 산업발전을 위한 업무협약」을 체결했다.
이번 협약은 한국부동산원이 보유한 부동산 데이터를 민간에 개방하고 공유하여 민간·공공의 동반성장과 부동산 정보 기술(프롭테크) 산업 발전을 도모하기 위해 추진되었다. 협약을 통해 동·호별 분양가 등 부동산 데이터의 공유 및 품질 확인에 대한 상생 협력이 이루어질 예정이다.
한국부동산원은 기획재정부의 ‘민간·공공기관 협력 강화방안’에 따라 청약홈 간편인증서와 민간 플랫폼의 연계를 매년 확대하고 있으며, 2024년에는 기존 5종에 신한과 카카오 인증서를 추가 도입할 계획이다. 또한, 공공데이터포털을 통해 청약통장 가입 현황, 주택청약 신청·당첨 현황, 평균 분양가 현황 등 다양한 청약 지표를 제공하여 민간 데이터 활용을 지원하고 있다.
강성덕 청약관리처장은 “이번 협약은 부동산 정보 기술 업계와 주택청약 관련 협업을 확산시키는 계기가 될 것”이라며, “향후에도 민간업체 및 대국민 소통 창구를 통해 민간에서 필요로 하는 데이터를 지속적으로 파악하고 관련 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
