충남 당진시가 개학기를 맞아 학교 주변과 청소년 유해업소 밀집 지역을 대상으로 식품 안전 및 청소년 유해환경 분야에 대한 지도·단속을 실시한다고 13일 밝혔다.
이번 단속은 충청남도 및 타 시·군과 합동으로 이달 26일까지 진행되며, 식품 안전 분야에서는 부정·불량식품 등 불법 유통·제조·판매 ,유통기한 경과 제품 및 미표시 식품 판매 ,식품 조리·판매 시설 위생 관리 등을 중점적으로 단속할 예정이다.
청소년 유해환경 단속 분야에서는 청소년 유해업소의 출입·고용 제한 표시 여부 ,청소년 대상 유해 약물(주류·담배 등) 판매 금지 표시 부착 여부 등을 점검한다.
시는 사업주와 종사자를 대상으로 관련 법령 안내와 현장 계도를 실시할 계획이다. 또한, 사전 계도에도 불구하고 위법 행위가 적발될 경우, 사안에 따라 과태료 부과, 영업정지, 형사입건 등 관련 법에 따라 처분할 방침이다.
