[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 오는 15일부터 3월 23일까지 거창군고로쇠연합회가 덕유산, 가야산 자락에서 채취한 고로쇠 수액을 소비자들에게 선보이는 시음회와 판매행사를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 NH농협은행 거창군지부 앞, 거창푸드종합센터, 항노화힐링랜드 등에서 진행될 예정이다.

고로쇠 수액은 뼈에 이롭다고 해서 ‘골리수’라고 불리며 나무에서 필터를 통해 직접 채취하기 때문에 깨끗한 음용수로 알려져 있다.

거창군고로쇠연합회는 비가열 자외선 살균소독 방식을 도입해 위생적으로 관리하고 있으며 철저한 유통과정을 거쳐 최고 품질의 고로쇠 수액을 소비자들에게 제공하고 있다.

또한 거창군은 수액 채취 호스의 주기적인 교체와 변질 및 오염을 방지하기 위한 스테인리스 집수통 보급 등 다양한 지원 사업을 통해 위생적이고 친환경적인 수액 채취 방안을 유도하고 있으며 임업인의 소득 증대에도 기여하고 있다.

거창군고로쇠연합회 관계자는 “고로쇠 수액은 1년 중 이 시기에만 맛볼 수 있는 귀한 자연의 선물로 이번 행사 기간이 덕유산, 가야산 등 고산지대에서 채취한 안전하고 깨끗한 고로쇠 수액을 접할 수 있는 좋은 기회다”고 말했다.
