[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 14일 미래농업복합교육관 대교육장에서 관내건설업 관리감독자 120여 명이 참석한 가운데 중대재해예방 안전보건 법정 의무 교육을 실시했다.
올해 중대재해처벌법 시행 4년 차인 50인 미만 사업장 확대 적용 2년 차를 맞아 전국 지자체 최초로 실시된 이번 교육은, 건설업 관리감독자들이법정 교육 이수를 위해 관외로 나가야 하는 불편함과 교육비 부담을 해소하고자 민간 중소사업장의 의견을 적극 반영해 마련됐다.
이날 교육은 고용노동부에 등록된 안전보건 교육기관에 위탁해 △관리감독자의 직무와 역할 △중대재해처벌법 주요 내용 △건설업 작업의 안전관리 △위험성 평가 △산업재해 응급처치 이론 △근골격계·뇌심혈관 질환 예방관리 등을 다뤘다.
