이랜드뮤지엄(대표 한우석)이 2월 15일 현대백화점 무역센터점에서 <위대한 뮤지션 100인전 vol.1>을 성공적으로 개막했다.
오픈 첫 날, 음악평론가 임진모와 유튜브 크리에이터 '우키팝'이 특별 도슨트 프로그램을 진행하며 관람객들의 큰 관심을 끌었다. 전시 시작 전부터 대기 고객이 발생하는 등 인기를 모았다.
이번 전시에서는 테일러 스위프트, 비욘세, 마이클 잭슨, 지미 헨드릭스 등 세계적인 아티스트의 소장품 130여 점을 선보인다. 전시관은 △아메리칸 퀸(AMERICAN QUEEN) △디바(DIVA) △위대한 밴드(GREAT BANDS) △위대한 기타리스트 컬렉션(GUITAR LEGENDS) △팝의 황제(KING OF POP) △힙합(HIP HOP) △그래미 & BTS(GRAMMY & BTS) 등 7개 섹션으로 구성되어 있다.
이랜드뮤지엄 관계자는 "이번 전시는 한국 팬들을 위해 엄선된 음악 관련 소장품을 기획한 것"이라며, "관람객들이 음악의 힘과 감동을 느끼고 영감을 얻을 수 있는 공간이 되길 기대한다"고 전했다.
전시는 현대백화점 무역센터점에서 5월 11일까지 진행된다.
'100 Greatest Musicians' at Eurand Museum, a Successful Exhibition
Eland Museum (CEO Han Woo-seok) successfully opened '100 Greatest Musicians vol.1' on February 15 at Hyundai Department Store Trade Center.
On the first day of the opening, music critic Lim Jin-mo and YouTube creator Wookieepop hosted a special docent program, attracting great interest from visitors. The exhibition was so popular that there was a waiting list even before it started.
The exhibition showcases more than 130 items from the collections of world-renowned artists such as Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Michael Jackson, and Jimi Hendrix. The exhibition is organized into seven sections: AMERICAN QUEEN, DIVA, GREAT BANDS, GUITAR LEGENDS, KING OF POP, HIP HOP, and GRAMMY & BTS.
“This exhibition is a collection of carefully selected music-related items for Korean fans,” said an official from Eland Museum. ”We hope it will be a space where visitors can feel the power and emotion of music and be inspired.”
The exhibition will run until May 11 at Hyundai Department Store Trade Center.
