당진시(시장 오성환)는 시민들이 개별주택가격을 보다 편리하게 확인할 수 있도록 '개별주택가격 카카오톡 알리미 서비스'를 운영한다고 밝혔다.
이 서비스는 매년 개별주택 소유자에게 열람 및 공시가격을 카카오톡 알림을 통해 제공하는 방식으로, 주택 소유자는 별도의 방문이나 사이트 조회 없이 휴대폰으로 손쉽게 정보를 받아볼 수 있다.
당진시에 소재한 단독주택 및 다가구주택 소유자라면 누구나 신청할 수 있으며, 약 2만 2740여 호가 해당된다.
아파트와 같은 공동주택은 제외된다. 신청자는 한 번 등록하면 3년 동안 연 2회의 알림 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다. 이 알림 서비스는 주택 소유자에게 중요한 정보를 적시에 전달하여, 주택 가격에 대한 인지도를 높이고 불필요한 혼선을 줄이는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
