[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 2025년 농촌주택개량사업 대상지 입지 사전검토 무료 행정서비스를 제공한다고 20일 밝혔다.
농촌주택개량사업은 대체로 기존 건축물을 철거하고 같은 부지에 신축하는 방식으로 추진되며 사업에 선정되면 대상자는 먼저 건축설계사무소와 설계계약을 체결하고 건축설계를 진행한다.
신축과 개축은 현행 건축법을 적용받으므로 본격적인 설계과정에서 입지에 문제가 있을 경우 사업을 포기하거나 대상자 변경으로 이어져 전체 사업 추진이 지연될 수 있다.
김해시는 올해부터 이러한 문제를 사업 초기에 점검해 사업 지연을 예방하고자 기존 ‘찾아가는 건축 민원상담반’을 확대 운영해 입지 사전검토 서비스를 무료로 제공한다.
찾아가는 건축 민원상담반 검토 결과 입지에 문제가 있을 경우 대상자에게 통보해 입지문제를 해소하게 하거나 대상자 변경으로 원활한 사업 추진 관리를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
김해시지역건축사회 최민수 회장은 “김해시에서 농촌주택개량사업 대상지에 대한 입지 사전검토 무료 행정서비스를 제공한다고 해서 건축사회 회원들도 적극 참여하게 됐다. 우리 회원들의 참여로 농촌주택개량사업 대상자인 농촌지역 주민들에게 도움이 되길 바란다”고 말했다.
