KT&G, ‘릴 솔리드 3.0’자발적 리콜 시행

KT&G가 2024년 8월~11월에 생산된 ‘릴 솔리드 3.0(lil SOLID 3.0)’에 대한 무상 교체 리콜을 오는 20일부터 자발적으로 실시한다.

KT&G는 해당 기간에 생산된 일부 제품에서 히터 핀 이탈 현상이 발견돼 리콜을 결정했다. 리콜 대상 제품을 구매한 고객은 릴 브랜드 전용 매장인 ‘릴 미니멀리움’ 또는 ‘릴 공식 서비스센터’를 방문하거나 무료 택배 서비스를 통해 정상 제품으로 무상 교체를 받을 수 있다.
