신한라이프 베트남법인은 19일 호치민의 젬 센터에서 첫 번째 ‘FC채널 영업대상 시상식’을 개최했다. 이영종 신한라이프 사장과 배승준 베트남 법인장을 비롯한 300여 명의 관계자가 참석한 가운데, 응우옌 띠 쑤언(Nguyen Thi Xuan)씨가 영예의 대상을 수상했다.
신한라이프 베트남법인은 지난해 2월 FC(Financial Consultant) 채널을 출범시켜 대면 영업을 통해 베트남 시장에서 보험 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 시상식에서는 다양한 공연과 환영 만찬이 진행되며, 참석자들은 서로를 격려하고 신한라이프의 성공적인 도약을 다짐했다.
FC채널은 2022년 1월 영업을 시작한 이후, 상품 포트폴리오, 판매 채널, 운영 모델 등에서 차별화된 서비스를 제공하며 안정적인 시장 진입에 성공했다. 현재 약 540명의 조직으로 성장하며 점유율을 높이고 있다.
배승준 법인장은 “어려운 영업환경 속에서도 우수한 실적을 달성한 모든 분들께 축하와 격려의 말씀을 드린다”며, 최고의 전문설계사 조직을 구축하겠다고 밝혔다. 이영종 사장은 “FC채널 론칭 이후 눈부신 성과를 거둔 모든 임직원에게 감사드리며, 베트남 국민들에게 신뢰받는 보험사로 성장하자”고 강조했다.
Shinhan Life Vietnam Holds 1st FC Channel Sales Award Ceremony
Shinhan Life Vietnam held its first FC Channel Sales Award Ceremony at the Gem Center in Ho Chi Minh City on the 19th. Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan was awarded the grand prize at the ceremony, which was attended by more than 300 people, including Mr. Lee Young-jong, President of Shinhan Life Vietnam, and Mr. Bae Seung-joon, CEO of Shinhan Life Vietnam.
Shinhan Life Vietnam launched the FC (Financial Consultant) channel in February last year to provide insurance services in the Vietnamese market through face-to-face sales. At the awards ceremony, which included various performances and a welcome dinner, attendees encouraged each other and pledged to make a successful leap forward for Shinhan Life.
Since its launch in January 2022, FC Channel has successfully entered the market by providing differentiated services in terms of product portfolio, sales channels, and operating model. Currently, it has grown to an organization of about 540 people and is increasing its market share.
