유진그룹의 모회사 유진기업이 중대재해 예방과 안전보건 관리체계 고도화에 나섰다. 유진기업은 20일, 중대재해 예방 및 안전보건 문화 확산을 위한 '2025년 안전보건 방침'을 발표했다.
이번 방침은 임직원들과 협의하여 수립되었으며, 근로자 생명 보호와 안전한 작업환경 조성을 최우선 가치로 삼고 있다. 이를 통해 전사적 안전문화 정착을 목표로 하고 있다.
또한, 각 사업장별 안전보건 달성 목표도 설정되어, 임직원들이 안전보건 관련 요소를 점검하고 안전한 근무환경을 만들기 위한 구체적인 목표를 마련했다.
유진기업은 안전보건 방침 확산과 목표 달성을 지원하기 위해 안전문화 확산 캠페인, 관리감독자 및 공장장 대상 집체교육 등을 실시할 예정이다. 유진기업 관계자는 “안전보건 방침 발표와 함께 각 사업장별 안전보건 목표를 세부화했다”며 “앞으로 중대재해 발생 근절을 위해 다양한 활동을 선보일 것”이라고 밝혔다.
