SPC 배스킨라빈스가 세계적인 바리스타 패트릭 롤프(Patrik Rolf)와 협력하여 ‘슈가밤(Sugar Bomb) 커피’를 출시한다. 패트릭 롤프는 2년 연속 월드 바리스타 챔피언십 결선에 진출한 로스터 겸 바리스타로, 노르딕 스타일 커피로 전 세계 애호가들에게 사랑받고 있다. 그는 지난해 배스킨라빈스와 함께 ‘Nutty&Long After’ 콘셉트의 카페 브리즈 스페셜 에디션 원두를 개발한 바 있다.
이번 신제품은 롤프의 예술적 감각과 카페 브리즈 스페셜 에디션 원두가 결합된 메뉴로, 진하고 달콤한 K-스타일 라떼 콘셉트로 기획됐다. 달콤한 연유 크림과 깊은 에스프레소의 조화로 강렬하고 깊은 맛을 제공하며, 첫 모금부터 마지막까지 특별한 경험을 선사한다.
패트릭 롤프는 “슈가밤 커피는 한국의 도전적이고 역동적인 에너지인 ‘K-스피릿(spirit)’에서 영감을 받았다”며, “강렬하면서도 부드러운 맛을 경험해 보길 바란다”고 전했다.

SPC Baskin-Robbins Launches Sugar Bomb Coffee
SPC Baskin-Robbins has teamed up with world-renowned barista Patrik Rolf to launch Sugar Bomb Coffee. Rolf is a roaster and barista who has been a finalist at the World Barista Championships for two years in a row, and is known for his Nordic-style coffee. Last year, he collaborated with Baskin-Robbins to develop a special edition Café Breeze bean with the Nutty & Long After concept.
This new product combines Rolf's artistic flair with the Café Breeze Special Edition beans and is designed to be a rich and sweet K-style latte. The combination of sweet condensed milk cream and rich espresso delivers an intense and deep flavor, creating a unique experience from the first sip to the last.
“Sugarbomb Coffee is inspired by the ‘K-spirit’, the challenging and dynamic energy of Korea,” said Patrick Rolfe, “We hope you enjoy the intense yet smooth flavor experience.”
