DL이앤씨가 서울 연희2구역 공공재개발 사업 시공사(공동사업 시행)로 선정됐다. 올해 첫 도시정비사업 수주다.
2월 24일 DL이앤씨에 따르면, 연희2구역 공공재개발 주민대표회의가 2월 22일 공공재개발 시공사 선정 총회를 열어 단독 입찰한 DL이앤씨를 시공사로 결정했다. 총 공사비 3993억 원 규모다.
DL이앤씨는 연희2구역의 새 단지명으로 ‘e편한세상 연희’를 제안하고 서대문구의 랜드마크 단지로 조성할 계획이다.
DL이앤씨는 기존의 단조로운 아파트 디자인에서 벗어나 클래식하면서도 고급스러운 입면에 수직적 패턴의 리듬감을 더한 외관을 'e편한세상 연희'에 적용한다.
또한 e편한세상의 특화 조경 브랜드인 ‘드포엠(dePOEM) 가든’ 조성부터 가족 구성원의 다양한 라이프스타일을 고려한 다채로운 커뮤니티 시설 설치, 전체 가구의 81.3%에 달하는 4베이(BAY) 구성 등 수준 높은 설계를 반영한다.
여기에 소음저감 시스템, 스마트 건설 첨단 공사 관리와 같은 DL이앤씨만의 차별화된 기술력을 적용해 입주민에게 최고의 주거 품질을 제공한다는 계획이다.
DL이앤씨 관계자는 “DL이앤씨만의 차별화한 단지 설계를 통해 미래 가치를 리드하는 서대문구의 새로운 랜드마크를 선보일 것”이라며 “올해 첫 수주인 연희2구역 공공재개발 사업을 시작으로 ‘한남5구역 재개발사업’ 등 주요 정비 사업지에서 적극적인 수주 활동을 이어가겠다”고 말했다.
DL E&C wins first urban maintenance project in Seoul's Yeonhee 2 district

DL&N has been selected as the general contractor for the public property development of Yeonhee 2 district in Seoul. This is the company's first urban maintenance project order this year.
According to DL E&C on February 24, the Yeonhee 2 District Public Property Development Residents' Representative Assembly held a general meeting to select a general contractor for public property development on February 22 and decided to select DL E&C, which bid alone, as the general contractor. The total construction cost is KRW 399.3 billion.
DL E&C proposes ‘eConvenient World Yeonhee’ as the name of the new complex in Yeonhee District 2 and plans to build it as a landmark complex in Seodaemun-gu.
DL E&C will apply a rhythmic vertical pattern to the exterior of eComfortable World Yeonhee, which is a departure from the existing monotonous apartment design.
It also reflects high-quality design, from the creation of ‘dePOEM Garden’, a specialized landscaping brand of eComfortable World, to the installation of various community facilities that take into account the diverse lifestyles of family members, and a four-bay configuration that accounts for 81.3% of all households.
In addition, DL E&C's differentiated technologies such as noise reduction systems and smart construction management will be applied to provide residents with the best residential quality.
“We will showcase a new landmark in Seodaemun-gu that leads the future value through our differentiated complex design,” said an official from DL E&C. “Starting with our first order this year, the Yeonhee 2 District public property redevelopment project, we will continue to actively win orders in major maintenance projects such as the Hannam 5 District redevelopment project.”
