[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 3월부터 준공 후 15년이 경과한 공동주택에 대한 시설물 안전성을 점검한다.

이번 실태조사는 ‘시설물의 안전 및 유지관리에 관한 특별법’에 따른 제3종 시설물 지정·관리를 위해 실시한다.

제3종 시설물 실태조사는 준공 후 15년 지난 5층 이상 15층 이하 아파트, 연면적 660㎡ 초과 4층 이하 연립주택이 대상이다.

실태조사 결과 종합점수에 따라 ‘양호’, ‘주의관찰’, ‘지정검토’로 구분해 관리한다.

김해시는 2009년 준공 후 올해 15년이 경과한 공동주택 5개 단지와 함께 2022, 2023년 실태조사 결과 ‘주의관찰’ 대상으로 실태조사 주기가 도래한 공동주택 중 총 296개 동을 대상으로 조사한다.

특히 ‘양호’ 등급은 3년마다, ‘주의관찰’ 등급은 2년마다 실태조사를 지속해 안전 문제를 예방한다.

조사 결과 제3종 시설물로 지정되는 시설물은 시설물통합정보관리시스템에 등록돼 매년 유지관리계획 수립과 연 2회 이상의 안전점검을 받게 된다.
