제2부 정기 전국총회에서는 △임원 선출 및 보선 보고 △원로스카우트 추대 보고 △KSA 미래가치 2032 수립 추진현황 보고 △2024년도 사업 및 종합결산 보고 △2024년도 감사 보고 △2025년도 사업계획 및 예산안 보고가 진행되었으며, 주요 안건으로는 △정관·헌장 개정(안)이 논의되었다. 이어진 제3부 만찬회에서는 수상자들과 참석자들이 교류하는 시간을 가지며 행사를 마무리했다.
