충남교육청 진로융합교육원이 학생들의 체계적인 진로 설계를 지원하기 위해 인공지능(AI) 기반의 충남 진로이력관리시스템 ‘진로이음’을 개발했다.
‘진로이음’은 진로융합교육원의 다양한 진로교육 활동, 학교 교육 과정, 지역 체험처에서의 활동을 기록하고 분석하여 학생 개개인에게 맞춤형 진로 설계를 돕는 시스템이다. 이를 통해 학생들은 자신의 진로 탐색 과정에서 축적된 데이터를 기반으로 보다 효과적인 방향을 설정할 수 있다.
‘진로이음’은 ▲진로융합활동 신청 및 주제관 추천 ▲사전·만족도 설문 ▲진로검사(직업적성검사·직업흥미검사·진로개발역량검사) ▲진로정보(고교학점제·대학 학과정보·진로 도서정보 등) ▲진로활동 기록(학교·진로융합교육원·개인체험활동) ▲진로 추천 및 포트폴리오 관리 등으로 구성됐다.
이를 통해 학생들은 자신의 흥미와 적성에 맞는 직업을 탐색하고, 누적된 활동 기록을 토대로 체계적인 포트폴리오를 구축할 수 있다. 또한, 학교에서의 진로교육과 연계해 단순한 체험 활동이 아닌 지속적인 성장과 발전을 돕는 것이 특징이다.
진로융합교육원은 24일 충남 도내 진로교육 담당 교사를 대상으로 ‘진로이음’ 시스템 연수를 진행했다. 이번 연수에서는 시스템 구축의 필요성과 활용법, ‘꿈디딤 진로융합활동’과의 연계 방안 등이 다뤄졌다.
고은자 진로융합교육원장은 “진로이음은 학생들이 단발적인 체험에 그치지 않고, 학교 교육과정과 연계해 체계적인 진로 탐색을 이어갈 수 있도록 돕는 핵심 플랫폼이 될 것”이라며, “교사들이 학생들의 진로 여정을 함께 기록하고 지도하며 길잡이 역할을 해주길 바란다”고 강조했다.
한편, 충남교육청은 앞으로도 AI 기반의 진로 지원 시스템을 활용해 학생들에게 보다 정교한 맞춤형 진로 탐색 기회를 제공하고, 체계적인 진로교육을 강화해 나갈 계획이다.
