이용자는 주택 거래 전반에 대한 상담을 받을 수 있으며, 계약 시 유의사항을 안내받을 수 있다. 또한 공인중개사와 함께 부동산 매물을 현장에서 점검하고 계약 관련 조언을 받을 수 있는 지원도 포함된다.
서비스를 희망하는 시민은 논산시 토지정보과 토지정책팀을 통해 신청할 수 있으며, 사전 접수 후 유선 또는 방문 상담이 가능하다.
