한수원, ‘안전보건 상생협력 우수기업’ 선정

고용노동부는 중대재해 감축 로드맵에 따라 대·중소기업 안전보건 상생협력사업을 중점 추진하고 있으며, 이 사업의 일환으로 협력회사와의 상생협력 지원 노력과 성과를 평가해 매년 우수기업을 선정하고 시상한다.

한수원은 2023년부터 대·중소기업 안전보건 상생협력사업에 참여해, 협력회사를 대상으로 작업장의 유해 위험 요인 개선을 위해 안전보건 컨설팅과 교육 등 다양한 안전관리 지원을 실시했다. 또한, 모든 원전본부에 체험형 산업안전교육장을 운영하며, 한수원 직원뿐만 아니라 협력회사 직원들에게도 고품질의 안전 교육을 제공하고 있다.

한수원은 앞으로도 협력회사의 안전관리 역량 향상을 위한 지원을 지속할 계획이며, 공공기관으로서 국민의 생활 속에서 안전문화를 확산시키기 위해 끊임없이 노력할 예정이다.

김상우 한수원 안전경영단장은 “이번 우수기업 선정을 계기로 한수원과 협력회사가 함께 안전보건 관리 분야에서 시너지를 낼 수 있는 다양한 상생협력 아이템을 발굴하고, 안전한 일터를 조성하는 데 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
