브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대자동차는 오는 3월 1일부터 14일까지 2주간 공식 채용 홈페이지에서 3월 신입사원 채용을 실시한다고 27일 밝혔다.
이번 채용은 △생산/제조 △사업/기획 △경영지원 등 총 3개 부문, 68개 직무에서 인재를 모집한다.
특히, 현대차는 향후 울산 EV 전용공장 준공, 스마트 팩토리 구축 등으로 생산과 제조 시스템의 기술 혁신이 가속화됨에 따라 생산/제조 부문 인재를 집중 채용할 계획이다.
현대차는 3월 7일 현대차 공식 유튜브 채널에서 온라인 채용 설명회를 개최해 생산/제조 부문을 중심으로 채용 직무를 소개하고, 예비 지원자와 현직자 간 소통의 장을 마련할 예정이다.
온라인 채용 설명회 사전 신청은 오는 3월 4일까지 현대차 공식 채용 홈페이지를 통해 가능하다.
한편, 현대차는 이번 채용부터 장애인 신입 특별채용을 도입한다. 이를 통해 현대차의 일하는 방식 ‘현대 웨이(Hyundai Way)’ 중 하나인 ‘다양성 포용’을 실현해 조직 역량을 제고하고 장애인의 경력 개발을 지원할 예정이다.
현대차 관계자는 “현대차의 생산/제조 시스템 혁신을 함께할 인재를 적극적으로 확보할 것이다”고 말했다.
