원자력환경공단, 취약계층에 지역사랑 실천

【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자=한국원자력환경공단(이사장 조성돈)은 27일 본사 대회의실에서 경주시 취약계층 200세대에 650만원 상당의 식료품을 전달했다고 밝혔다.

이번 나눔은 ‘2025 사랑의 온기나눔, the 따뜻한 경주’를 주제로 대한적십자사 경북지사 및 적십자봉사회와 협력해 진행했다.

공단은 임직원들이 자발적으로 모금한 사회공헌기금(러브펀드)을 취약계층 지원과 재난지역 수해복구 등에 사용하고 있으며, 이날 재원 또한 사회공헌기금을 통해 마련했다.

조성돈 한국원자력환경공단 이사장은 “지역사회의 도움이 필요한 이웃을 지원하고 따뜻한 나눔 문화를 확산하기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
