[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 1일 장유3.1기념탑과 김해독립기념광장에서 제106주년 3.1절 기념식을 엄수했다.

시는 이날 오전 10시 용두산 정상에 있는 장유3.1기념탑에서 거행된 기념식은 장유청년회의소(회장 강도현) 주관으로 독립유공자 유가족과 시민 100여명이 참석한 가운데 독립선언문 낭독, 기념사, 헌화 순으로 이어졌다.

또 기념탑에서 장유기미독립의거 표지석까지 1㎞ 구간에서 3.1절 재연 시가행진으로 행사를 마무리했다.

이어 오전 11시 연지공원 내 김해독립기념광장에서 열린 기념식은 (사)김해독립운동기념사업회(회장 김광호) 주관으로 독립선언문 낭독과 기념사, 3.1절 노래 제창, 만세 삼창 등 독립운동을 기리기 위한 여러 프로그램으로 진행됐다.

두 행사 모두 독립유공자 유가족들이 참석해 의미를 더했으며 홍태용 시장과 안선환 시의회 의장을 비롯한 시의원들이 참석해 순국선열과 애국지사의 나라 사랑 정신을 되새겼다.
