브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 법원이 윤석열 대통령에 대한 구속 취소 청구를 받아들인 가운데 8일 주말에도 서울 도심 곳곳에선 탄핵 찬반 집회가 열렸다.
먼저 대통령 탄핵을 찬성하는 촛불행동은 8일 오후 2시 서울 종로구 안국역 일대에서 집회를 열고 구속 취소 규탄의 메시지와 함께 탄핵을 촉구했다.
집회 참석자들은 '애국으로 단결하여 내란세력 척결하자' '내란종식 민주수호'가 적힌 피켓을 흔들거나 '윤석열 파면'이 적힌 별표 모양의 응원봉을 흔들고 있었다.
야5당(민주당, 조국혁신당, 진보당, 기본소득당, 사회민주당)도 이날 오후 서울 안국동 사거리 일대에서 '내란종식·민주헌정수호를 위한 윤석열 파면 촉구 범국민대회'를 공동 주최했다.
김민석 더불어민주당 수석최고위원은 "오늘의 구속취소 논란 상황은 전적으로 심우정 검찰총장이 책임지고 풀어야 한다"면서 "석방 지휘를 결정한다면 심우정 본인의 자기탄핵 선언이 될 것"이라며 "김건희 집안의 마약사건 연루를 덮어주고 검찰총장직을 상으로 받았다, 그 풍문을 확인하는 출발점이 될 것"이라고 목소리를 높였다.
이재명 민주당 대표를 비롯한 야5당 대표자들은 '국민께 드리는 글'을 통해 "이미 국민은 윤석열을 파면했다"며 "아무리 법 기술을 동원해도 12월 3일 밤 국회와 선관위가 침탈당하고 무장 병력이 국회를 봉쇄한 사실은 지워지지 않는다"고 입을 모았다.
그러면서 "제 아무리 강한 꽃샘추위가 봄 막아서도 봄은 이미 우리에게 오고 있듯이, 내란수괴 윤석열과 내란세력의 발악이 성공한 듯 보여도 헌법의 심판, 국민의 심판, 역사의 심판은 피할 수 없을 것"이라며 "이 자리에 모인 야5당 대표자들은 위대한 국민과 함께 손 잡고 빛의 혁명을 완수하겠다"고 강조했다.

탄핵 반대를 외치는 자유통일당은 8일 오후 1시께 서울 광화문 일대에서 '자유통일을 위한 국민대회'를 열고 탄핵 반대에 대한 목소리를 높여갔다.
이들은 '4대 4 탄핵 기각' '힘내라 대한민국' '부정선거 반역 더불어공산당' 등 피켓을 흔들며 "석방하라" "탄핵 무효" "이겼습니다"를 외치고 있었다.
