또한, 교육복지사가 없는 학교를 지원하기 위해 18개 시군 교육지원청에 교육복지 전문 인력을 배치하고, 교육복지안전망사업을 통해 복지 사각지대에 놓인 학생을 발굴하고 맞춤형 지원을 제공할 예정이다.
