태안군이 충청남도 주관의 ‘2025년 충남형 마을만들기 사업’ 공모에 선정돼 총 사업비 7억 원을 확보했다.
군은 최근 발표된 충남도의 결과에 따라 원북면 양산2리와 태안읍 상옥3리가 각각 중규모 및 소규모 충남형 마을만들기 사업 공모에 선정되었음을 밝혔습니다.
충남형 마을만들기 사업은 농촌 지역 마을의 활성화를 목표로 하며, 마을의 역량에 맞는 단계별 지원을 통해 마을 공동체를 체계적으로 발전시켜 누구나 살고 싶어하는 농촌 마을을 조성하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.

군 관계자는 “2021년부터 올해까지 5년간 태안군에서 총 9개 마을이 충남형 마을만들기 공모에 선정됐다”며, “성공적인 사업 추진을 통해 지역 주민들의 공동체 의식을 높이고 주민 모두가 화합하는 계기를 만들도록 노력하겠다”고 전했다.
