최상목 대통령 권한대행 경제부총리 겸 기획재정부 장관이 13일 "착한 선구매·선결제 캠페인을 추진하겠다"며 "정부·지방자치단체·공공기관 청사 구내식당 휴무·외부 식당 이용도 적극 권고하겠다"고 밝혔다.
최 권한대행은 이날 오전 서울 마포구 소상공인연합회에서 열린 '민생경제점검회의'에서 "소상공인 어려움이 지속되고 있는 점을 감안해 소상공인 자영업자 추가 부담 완화 방안을 마련했다"며 이같이 밝혔다.
그러면서 "지방자치단체·산하 공공기관 중심으로 외부 식당 선지급을 권고하고 캠페인을 통해 민간 부문으로 확산에 앞장서겠다"며 "정부·지자체에서 필요한 구매 물품 중심으로 수용비 예산을 통한 선구매를 추진하겠다"고 했다.
또 "내년부터 전면 시행되는 장애인 접근성 향상 무인정보단말기 설치 의무 관련해 관계 기관이 협력해 소상공인 부담 완화 방안을 상반기 중 마련하겠다"며 "3월 온누리상품권 환급 행사·영세 소상공인 데이터 바우처 지원 자부담률 인하·음식점업 고용허가제 시범 사업 직무 범위 확대 검토 등 추가 지원 방안도 추진하겠다"고 전했다.
이어 "정부는 기존 발표 대책·금일 추가 보완 방안 이행 상황을 관계 부처 합동으로 면밀히 점검하고 필요시 추가 방안도 검토하겠다"고 덧붙였다.
