브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 조원진 우리공화당 대표는 헌법재판소가 13일 헌법재판관 8인 전원일치로 최재해 감사원장과 이창수 중앙지검장을 포함한 검사 3인의 탄핵을 기각한 것에 대해 환영의 뜻을 밝히며, 더불어민주당이 탄핵을 남발해 국정을 마비시켰다고 비판했다.
조원진 대표는 이날 보도자료를 통해 "이재명의 민주당이 자신의 입맛에 맞지 않는다는 이유로 탄핵한 최재해 감사원장과 이창수 중앙지검장을 포함한 검사 3인이 헌법재판관 전원일치로 탄핵 기각됐다"며 "탄핵병에 빠져 국정을 마비시킨 민주당은 책임을 져야 한다. 정당 해산 심판을 통해 민주당은 반드시 해체돼야 한다"고 말했다.
이어 "감사원과 검찰의 적법한 직무 감찰과 수사 사항이 두려운 나머지, 이재명의 민주당은 황당한 탄핵을 남발해 국가와 국민을 혼란에 빠뜨렸다"며 "민주당은 더 이상 민주적 정당도, 대한민국 정당도 아닌 오직 이재명을 위한 정당에 불과하다"고 비판했다.
또한 조 대표는 "이재명의 민주당이 남발한 29번의 탄핵, 23번의 특검법, 38번의 대통령 거부권 유도를 보면, 민주주의의 보루여야 할 국회가 이재명의 민주당에 의해 독재 국회가 됐다"며 "결국 피해는 고스란히 대한민국 국민이 보게 됐다. 이제 대한민국에서 민주당은 더 이상 존재 가치가 없다. 국민이 민주당을 탄핵시킬 시간이 왔다"고 강조했다.
